• Perfect Strangers: A Coming-Of-Age Memoir This memoir follows Anneliese on her journey back to her ancestral homelands in Germany, Poland, Sweden, and Norway. Along the way she meets a host of remarkable characters, each one of whom offers a new lens through which to know herself and her place in the world.

• Counter-Curses and Love Letters This essay explores a daughter’s questions of womanhood, intergenerational trauma, and the healing power of words. (Essay / Creative Non-Fiction)

• Weightless We Spin Death, sharks, Saturn, and grandmothers—this essay asks questions about survival, creation, shattering, and remaking. (Essay)

• Lovely Hands Beckoned by grief and the sound of her daughter’s voice in the desert wind, a mother journeys to find Daudeta—the witch who collects the hands of the dead. (Weird Fiction/Folktale)

• The Song of Teeny-Tiny Teeny-Tiny, a half-flame-half-girl, sets out with her friends—The Journey Wo’an, Catedra, The Bound Warrior, Crow Woman, and Tender Tender—to recover the last missing story. (Fantasy)

• Write Yourself an Origin I’m not sure what this is yet…something about Baba Yaga, time travel, desire, and hands. (Essay? Fiction? Memoir?)
